Cash Tracker
Creating your own cash tracker is easy. You want to either do this on Excel, using your Banking aps or even just doing it the old-fashioned way of writing it down in a journal. A cash tracker is a budgeting journal to keep track of all funds flowing in and out of your account. You will create a journal that tracks the income coming into your account and then tracks all the expenses that go out each month.
Tracking expenses automatically forces you to re-evaluate the way you spend money and allows you to see first-hand exactly where your hard-earned income is going. Over time, you will be surprised at how consciously involved you will become in tracking your daily finances. I guarantee one you begin you will be more motivated to pay down debt and eliminate high-interest charges and monthly carrying costs.
Christine’s Tip:
The reality is, everyone should be tracking, and once you start you will be on the road to successful money management.
You can find an example of a CASH TRACKER in my book: How to Retire Debt Free & Wealthy.
