In this book, the author emphasizes the importance of accurately assessing your current financial status. The CORE Plan consists of five steps, explained in significant detail. The author offers the readers two essential tools that assist with the accurate tracking of monthly income and expenses. These tools, combined, show a realistic view of current savings and spendings.
How to Retire Debt-Free and Wealthy is a solution-oriented book. The solutions offered in this book show how considerable decreasing debt and increasing savings produces a healthier retirement future — utilizing the customized approach specific to each person’s financial situation.
Why properly building a savings portfolio important? Intentionally creating a savings portfolio will help ensure that you are not like the ⅔ of people that walk into retirement with massive debt. The client stories included in this book are helpful and informative. The financial comparisons tell a story and also educate and inform about strategic business solutions that can apply in specific circumstances.
I have rated this book 5 out of 5 stars. The book is pleasant to read and professionally written. The effective use of client stories instantly makes the publication less technical while efficiently delivering the intended message. It is apparent the author is an expert in her field, and I commend her successful writing style.
What I liked most about this book was that it was easy to read. It is also motivating to know that regardless of circumstances being an active participant and proactive in your financial planning can produce favorable future outcomes. The author’s writing style makes reading about collateral charges, investing percentages, outstanding mortgages, and refinancing a delightful experience.
I would enthusiastically recommend this book to all readers whether they are financially savvy or not something can be learned by reading this book. Readers of all ages can benefit from the practical tools offered in this book.
